A retreat unlike any other, Sea Fans Villa sits on the idyllic Mahoe Bay with direct access to its pristine beach. A gorgeous pool is the focal point of an expansive covered verandah with an outdoor kitchen and gas grill, two separate dining areas, and an “outdoor living room” seating area. This shaded stone patio anchors two of the villa’s four bedrooms, and the main house’s air-conditioned Great Room, which features a vaulted cathedral roof with 4 ceiling fans and indirect lighting. There is a modern, extremely well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster oven, and refrigerator/freezer with an in-door ice and water dispenser.
Sea Fans was designed to maximize each bedroom’s privacy, so you can have a cocktail, read a book, take a nap, or just relax…on your personal (and private) balcony or terrace outfitted with lovely teak furniture. The two separate beachfront master bedroom suites are augmented by a two-story, 2-bedroom guest pavilion, with the second-floor bedroom having its own kitchenette. Each of these four hexagonal guest suites has its own separate entrance, A/C, bathroom, and private “outdoor” shower (no one can see in, but you can contemplate the sunset over Drake’s Channel).
Three of the king-sized beds have a pull-out trundle drawer suitable for toddlers, but cribs are also available upon request. For infants, in addition to a portable crib & playpen housed permanently on-site, the villa has its own adjustable high-chair and wireless baby monitor with a remote-controlled infrared camera. Sea Fans is kids-friendly!

Sea Fans Villa is situated on the leeward side of the island, which enjoys gentle breezes and temperatures typically in the low 80s to upper 70s throughout the year. Step directly off the property onto a clean, sandy beach. Because there is a reef a short swim offshore, the water laps against the beach, making it ideal for children (of all ages). The reef also gives you a very private beach by preventing boaters from being able to come ashore. Under the water, a soft, sandy bottom with no coral or sea urchins stretches out a short swim to the reef. Bring your own or rent snorkel gear so that you can discover the wide variety of fish and coral right in your own “backyard”.
